I am very proud to be a Calexican and ashamed of these damn idiots that came into our town expecting us to drop everything and join them in their idiodic rally. Don't you know that us in Calexico identify and celebrate our Mexican ancestry. We identify with the Mexican culture because of the food, music, language and traditions we enjoy. What you fail to realize is that our civic duties are to this great nation that allows idiots like you to protest because you have nothing better to do. I went out there not to join your cause but to watch the backs of our law enforcement officers that showed nothing but restrain and professionalism. Next time focus your time and energy on matters such as child abuse or world hunger. Do not come to my town expecting me to believe that the world can exist in one great utopia. After you get done smoking your peyote, take a minute to thank the young men and women of this great nation that protect you and allow you to step on the American Flag. Even though we live on the Mexican Border, our pride and support for this great nation run as deep and true as any other neighboorhood in the U.S. of A.
